  • Where is the store based?

    Ashland, WI

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our current production time is approximately 4-5 weeks. In periods with high order volume that may be extended further (though we try to stay on schedule as best as possible, one seamstress can only do so much)
    Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 4 business days. International shipping times vary by country and can range from 1 week up to a month.

  • I want something custom made, is that possible?

    Check our social networks or email us for information on fully custom made commissions- we don't do them often, but it is possible! If you'd like colors on something changed or small personalizations we can do that for a small extra charge, just send an email to sort it out! :)

  • Something I want is out of stock! Will there be more?!

    Since we do everything by pre-order, nothing SHOULD be out of stock... if it is, send us an email and we'll re-list it right away!

  • I placed an order, but now I want something else too! Can I get the orders combined and save on shipping?

    If your first order hasn't shipped yet, then absolutely! Just put "combine with order x" in the comments at checkout and we'll refund the difference in shipping.

  • Do you do layaway?

    Yes! We offer layaway plans up to 3 months long. Cancelled plans will be charged a 20% fee, and the order will not be shipped until you've paid for it in full. Please send us an email for more information or to arrange a plan!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Absolutely!! Do be aware that sometimes it takes a little longer to ship international packages than packages within the US.

  • What is your policy on cancelling orders?

    Since we're a very small business and all of our products are made to order, cancellations are generally not an option later than a week after your order has been placed- by this time we've usually ordered the fabric for and started working on it.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
